House cleaner in orange overalls wiping down a bright kitchen counter
Pricing

Recurring cleans from $140 per visit. Deep cleans from $260, based on size.

House cleaning

A home that feels reset every time we leave, without you spending your Saturday on it.

Our recurring cleans follow the same checklist every visit, so nothing slides. Kitchens and bathrooms get the most attention: counters, sinks, fixtures, outside of appliances, mirrors, toilets, tubs and showers. Then we dust, vacuum and mop the rest of the house top to bottom.

A deep clean adds the things a regular visit skips: baseboards, door frames, light switches, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts and the build-up around faucets that Salt Lake’s hard water leaves behind. Most new customers start with one, then move to a regular schedule.

What’s included

  • Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
  • Dusting, vacuuming and mopping every room
  • Deep clean add-ons: inside the oven, fridge or cabinets
  • Move-in and move-out cleans for renters and sellers

How often: Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Every two weeks is the most popular.

Gloved hand scrubbing soapy glass with a sponge
Pricing

From $129 for a typical single-story home, inside and out.

Window cleaning

Clear, streak-free glass inside and out, plus the screens and tracks most companies skip.

We hand-wash every pane with a scrubber and squeegee, then detail the edges so you don’t see drips when the afternoon sun hits. Screens are brushed and rinsed, tracks are vacuumed and wiped, and sills get a final pass.

Sprinkler overspray leaves white mineral spots on lower windows all over the valley. Light spotting comes off in a normal wash; heavier build-up gets a dedicated hard-water treatment that’s safe for glass. We’ll tell you which you need before we start.

What’s included

  • Inside and outside glass, up to three stories
  • Screens brushed and rinsed
  • Tracks and sills vacuumed and wiped
  • Hard-water spot treatment when needed

How often: Twice a year for most homes: once in spring and once in fall.

Two-story home with a wide concrete driveway and a two-car garage
Pricing

Driveways from $179. Patios and walkways quoted by size.

Pressure washing

Driveways, walkways and patios cleaned up without etching the concrete or stripping your stain.

We match the pressure and the cleaner to the surface. Concrete gets a surface cleaner for even, stripe-free results. Pavers, decks and fences get a softer wash so you don’t lose sand or raise the grain. Siding is soft-washed at low pressure.

Winter road salt, oil drips and the black film on north-facing walks come off far better with a pre-treatment than with pressure alone. We rinse plants before and after and keep water away from doors and vents.

What’s included

  • Driveways, sidewalks and garage floors
  • Patios, pavers and pool decks
  • Fences and decks (soft wash)
  • Siding soft wash and cobweb removal

How often: Once a year in spring, after the salt and snow are gone.

Handyman help

The small jobs that are easy to put off and annoying to live with.

Our handyman handles the repairs and installs that don’t need a full contractor: doors that stick, wobbly railings, cabinet hinges, re-caulking tubs and sinks, replacing light fixtures and faucets, mounting TVs and shelves, and furniture assembly.

Make a list and we’ll work through it in one visit. If a job turns out to be bigger than handyman work, such as electrical panels, structural repairs or anything that needs a permit, we’ll tell you upfront and point you to the right licensed contractor.

What’s included

  • Doors, hinges, locks and weather-stripping
  • Caulking, patching and touch-up painting
  • Light fixtures, faucets and smart thermostats
  • TV mounting, shelves, pictures and assembly

How often: Whenever the list gets long. Many customers add an hour to a cleaning visit.

Service questions

Frequently asked questions

Not sure what you need? Tell us about your home on the free quote form and we’ll recommend the right mix. Or check the neighborhoods we cover.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Twice a year works for most homes along the Wasatch Front: once in spring to clear winter grime and pollen, and once in fall after the leaves drop. Homes near busy roads or with lots of sprinkler overspray may want a third wash.

Do you clean window screens and tracks?

Yes, every time. Screens are brushed and rinsed and tracks are vacuumed and wiped as part of our standard inside-and-out window cleaning.

Can you remove hard-water spots from my windows?

In most cases, yes. Light spots come off during a normal wash. Heavy, older build-up needs a hard-water treatment, which we’ll quote separately after taking a look.

Is pressure washing safe for my pavers and deck?

It is when it’s done at the right pressure. We use a soft wash for pavers, wood and siding and a surface cleaner for concrete, so nothing gets etched or stripped.

What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean keeps a home in good shape. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave and detailed scrubbing of fixtures. We recommend a deep clean as your first visit.

What kinds of jobs can your handyman do?

Small repairs and installs: doors, hinges, caulking, patching, fixtures, faucets, mounting and assembly. Anything that needs a permit or a specialty license, we’ll refer to a licensed contractor.
