A local crew that treats your home like ours
Wasatch Home Services is a small, locally owned team in Salt Lake City. We started with a ladder and a squeegee in 2014 and grew one “while you’re here” request at a time.
Our story
Founders Jake and Maria Torres were washing windows on weekends when a customer asked whether they’d also clean the house before her parents visited. Then a neighbor needed a driveway cleaned. Then someone asked about a sticky back door.
It turned out a lot of people wanted the same thing: one dependable company they could call for the everyday work of keeping a home in shape. So that’s what we became. Today our crew of twelve covers central Salt Lake County, and most of our work comes from repeat customers and their neighbors.
We’re still small on purpose. Keeping routes tight and crews consistent is how we stay on time and get to know the homes we care for.

Show up when we say
We give two-hour arrival windows and text when we’re on the way. If we’re running late, you hear it from us first.
Price it before we do it
Every job gets a written quote. If we find something extra on site, we ask before we do it.
Treat it like our own
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and furniture put back where it was. We clean up after ourselves, every time.
Make it right
Not happy with something? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and fix it free.
What to expect on your first visit
- A quick walk-through. We confirm the plan with you (or by text if you’re out) and note anything fragile or off-limits.
- The work, done in a set order. Top to bottom, back of the house to the front, so clean areas stay clean.
- A final check. We look over the work before we leave and send you a short summary with any notes.
